This Privacy Policy applies to the Flexo mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions (the "Service Provider").
The Application allows users to upload an image or take a photo and edit it using AI-powered image generation and editing technology by simply describing the desired modification with a text prompt. Users can transform objects, vehicles, houses, accessories, backgrounds, text, and many other elements while preserving a realistic and photorealistic appearance. The Application is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
The Application does not collect, request, or require any personal information. No registration, email address, name, location, or personal identifiers are collected.
Images
You may submit:
- Photos taken within the Application
- Photos uploaded from your device for AI editing
Text Prompts
You may enter text prompts describing the changes you want to apply to your images.
No other data is collected or required.
How Your Data Is Used
Real-time Processing
Images and text prompts are processed in real time solely to generate AI-edited versions of your photos based on your requested modifications.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Replacing cars with luxury vehicles
- Transforming watches into premium brands
- Upgrading houses into luxury villas
- Adding private jets or other objects
- Editing text within images
- Modifying backgrounds, objects, clothing, furniture, accessories, and other visual elements
- Generating realistic AI-enhanced photo edits
No Storage
Neither the Application nor external AI services store your images or prompts permanently.
No Further Use
Your images and prompts are never sold, reused, analyzed for profiling, or shared for advertising or any other unrelated purpose.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use trusted third-party AI services for image editing and generation. These services:
- Only process images and prompts temporarily to generate the requested output
- Do not retain, log, or permanently store images or prompts after processing
- Do not collect personal or device information
- Are bound by strict confidentiality obligations
Data Sharing
Flexo does not share your images, prompts, or other data with third parties except:
- When required by law (e.g., court order or legal investigation)
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider or users
- With trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements solely to provide the requested AI editing functionality
Data Retention
No images, prompts, or other user data are stored permanently. All submitted content is deleted immediately after the AI image generation or editing process is completed.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If you believe your child has submitted data, please contact us at genioweb.es@gmail.com for immediate deletion.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect images and prompts during transmission and processing, including secure and encrypted communication. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. This immediately terminates all image processing.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
