Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flexo mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions (the "Service Provider").

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application allows users to upload an image or take a photo and transform it using AI-powered image editing and generation technology by describing the desired modifications with a text prompt.

Users can edit, replace, or transform objects, vehicles, houses, accessories, backgrounds, text, and many other visual elements while generating realistic AI-enhanced images.

You must be at least 9 years old to use the Application.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

The Application does not automatically collect personal information.

You may voluntarily provide personal information (such as an email address) only when contacting support.

This information is used solely to respond to your support request and is not stored or reused for any other purpose.

You may submit photos and text prompts for AI-powered image editing and generation.

Images and prompts are:

• Processed in real time
• Used only to generate the requested AI-edited images
• Deleted immediately after processing

Images and prompts are never sold, shared, or stored permanently, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.

Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect images and prompts during transmission and processing, including secure and encrypted communication. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

Flexo may suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.

The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.

Flexo is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

The Application's AI-generated image edits are provided for visual, creative, and entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee accuracy, realism, authenticity, suitability for commercial use, legal compliance, or fitness for any specific purpose.

Users are solely responsible for any decisions, publications, purchases, sharing, or other actions taken based on the generated images.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Flexo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
